The FOIA Release of Mind Control Diagrams Do not Appear to be Government Documents
Several news outlets yesterday reported on a FOIA request which resulted in the release of diagrams which appear to depict remote mind control technologies. Most of these outlets failed to report that the most damning diagram in the release included a text logo at the bottom of the document listing the following domain www.raven1.net.
I checked the wayback machine for further information about the url www.raven1.net, and it yielded no results. However, after further scouring the web I did manage to find an archived copy of the raven1.net website.
The site appears to have been run by one Eleanor White, and she’s a devoted researcher of all things gangstalking and mind control. A diagram was included in the archive of her website listed under effects.gif
Seeing as how the diagram lists her website as its source, I think it’s safe to say that this is not an official government document. I believe all of the news outlets that are wowing us with the results of this FOIA request are sensationalizing a non-story.
I don’t think it would be too far-fetched to conclude that whoever fulfilled this request was trying to get a rise out of people, and if that is the case, they’ve succeeded admirably. So what do you think; was it all in good fun, a prank, or was the story meant to distract from other things that have been in the news as of late?

Nice find. Electronics targeting is likely a real technology. I've come across this type of info before. I know there is directed sound devices that can make you think you're crazy because only you can hear it. Blasting energy through your home can make you pretty ill or insane too. We are blasting with microwave radiation from our modern tech in cities...

Yep, as far as directed sound devices go, I believe it was holosonics who cracked the algorithm to transmit sound directly into someone's skull with encoded beams of ultrasonic waves. This is commercially available in their product called the 'audio spotlight', but they've been tinkering around with this kind of thing for decades now.
There's no telling how much of this stuff has been perfected, or what they will be able to accomplish with 5G and whatnot, after we're all bathed in that signal. Some people are very sensitive to the EMF, they have to move to special areas of the country (Green Bank, West Virginia), and who knows what it's doing to our DNA.
My only problem with the way most outlets highlighted this is that; at a cursory glance it's easy to assume that they've found proof of the government's experimental research here.
The diagram above for example, I think that was probably created by the website author based on her experiences as a self-proclaimed targeted individual, as well as her extensive research into mind control. That being said; it seems to me, that it was intentionally released in order to make the headlines.
Most people will simply scan the headline, look at the picture, and make the assumption that they've stumbled upon proof that the government is conducting mind control experiments. Which they no doubt are (if history is any indicator), it's just that this isn't proof of it.

I think probably just manipulation of the so called "news cycle" to distract the population from more pertinent topics.
I agree with you @talesfrmthecrypt, I also wonder if it was designed to be used against someone specifically if they were to run with it. It could make for an easy strawman to tackle, and debunk.
