They are so worried about their constituents that the liberals are on Vacation in Puerto Rico while "Rome" burns!
The liberal response to to the government shutdown is a lot of talk, but VERY little concern in the real world where the Little People actually live!
If you want to see a Man's heart; watch what they DO, and ignore what they say! Keep track of what they do, especially when they don't think anyone is watching. That is the window into their soul, which is what they usually try to hide!

What bothers me the most, is that there are over a hundred lobbyist with them in Puerto Rico! So not only are they ignoring the problem in DC; they are busy consolidating power, and generating extra income under the table! That leaves three or four lobbyist per Congressman, which speaks to what they are really doing down there!
Since they are being paid by the taxpayers, to run the government, it might be wise to apply oneself to that specific job! The extra fluff needs to stop, especially until the crisis they have perpetrated upon us all has been resolved. They might at least Pretend to be concerned! Instead of partying in the sun surrounded by sweet thing in Bikinis...while Rome burns! Nero was obviously a kindred spirit, and would fit right in with the liberals in Washington today!
It is stunning that they could agree to fifty Billion just a few years ago, for a wall on our Southern border; but today a tenth of that amount is so very offensive, that they must shutdown the government to avoid this limited expense that they used to support ten times as heavily! These people would say anything if they thought they would gain by it!
IMHO, Lobbyist are a source for bribery and should no longer be allowed in the United States politics! Anyone convicted of taking , or giving bribes, should be removed from office, and / or banned from Washington D.C.

I am not worth the trouble here. I have had almost no traffic this week. I also try to include multiple references in each post.
But I suspect I am not worth the trouble. I have been doing a lot more on weku. The engagement league changed their metric, so my long posts don't count for much, so posting is my only option to gain on steemit now.
SO; I am posting more, and commenting less. I have two steem buddies on weku that are no longer on steem now, so I am glad I found them again.

Yes, They got tired of the RC Jail killing new accounts.
I brought in three accounts and they were all killed by the Hard Fork.
There are a lot more, but these are the two I found.
It is nice to talk with them again.

Actually escaping was the reason, but I am sure I heard your name mentioned as the cause, ROFLOL! Probably why they didn't go back to steem....

We got the 8000 watt fixed with a new carburetor, but it looks like the 6000 watt has lost the generator itself, so even though the motor runs perfectly, it is dead. we lost a 3000 watt in the same way. so we have a 3000 (twin to the dead one), a 4000, a 5700, and an 8000 running right now. Just over 20000 watt is just enough to run everything.
We serve food in one week.It will be beef stew, so this time next week I will be hurting; but they do love it a lot!
