The man that died was the aggressor, so he was the cause of his own demise. Additionally, he would have had to do something pretty extreme to have his parental rights stripped, by a court.
Based on the way he responded to those in authority, it looks like they made a good choice, he was an idiot!

Very true, this man shot the first officer forcing the second officer to shoot him to stop him from shooting more at a school.
The first officer was bleeding from his mouth, so he was hit in a lung. Pretty serious, but he was listed as stable. The second officer was a better shot....
:'(Overall it was a sad incident, no one should be allowed arms in a school or any public area like that, maybe that way we could save these incidents but again if we are not allowed arms we are not safer outside
The real problem is not enough weapons, and liberals that think it is okay to shoot others. With enough defensive firearms, a homicidal liberal will not do much damage, because he will be stopped by defensive firearms.
This is a moral decay, heart problem; not a hardware problem! I have safely carried at least one firearm for two decades, and it has never attacked anyone; it has been a good pistol and stayed in my holster! :)
This fool wanted to shoot a cop, and took a gun to school to harm others. Collectively, we are better off without him. Sad that his kid had to face that though!
I hope the cop continues to improve!

Work toward a Concealed Carry license there, and you can keep you and yours safe! Study unarmed combat too, just in case.

I can go into unarmed combat, chances are higher than carrying a gun, that is just not considered a good thing here but yeah we can change the stereotypes
The Bible speaks positively of Mighty Men. It also says a strong man protects his own house.
We are warned not to take innocent blood (AKA Murder); however, if someone kicks in your door to do you and yours harm, they are NOT innocent! Problem solved.
So protect your people, and I will protect mine, LOL!
