A California Police Officer's Murder is eclipsed by politics; to our National shame!
We lost a police officer in Davis California. She was fatally shot apparently just for being a police officer! She made a valiant decision to put her life on the line to protect others. This is a great loss to us all, and we should all grieve over this loss!
But, while she was still here, she had a picture taken, waving a Blue lives matter flag, a cause she was obviously supporting with her very life!

So what should we all take away from this? First; there are some out there, willing to place their own safety in jeopardy, to protect people that they don't know! Second; These are special people, that we con not afford to loose. Third; This is not a politically charged story.
So why is the first response, to inject politics? In this case an attempt to inject racism into a loss that has no bearing on race at all!

They wasted so much energy screaming racism; that the facts of this case are left out. All we know is that she was murdered for being a police officer! The story of a brave Woman was totally lost in politics; and THAT is a tragedy!
My own personal views are pretty old fashioned, I do Not like women in harms way! As far as the argument about "Black lives matter" vs "Blue Lives Matter", my view is basically simple; I believe that ALL Lives Matter, and I pray we get to that point soon!
But the truth is clear; we need to take the target off of out Police officers backs, and stop trying to drive one ethnic group down to elevate another! This never works, and is always destructive!
She was shot in the back by a couple of cowards because she was a police officer. She was hispanic, but the liberal media is (unsurprisingly) going to call her white to advance their 'racist cops' narrative. I'm behind the 'Blue Lives Matter' movement because it is about the lives of the men and women who put others' safety ahead of their own on a daily basis. I don't support 'Black Lives Matter' because they riot (they call it a protest, but protests aren't violent) about blacks being killed by whites (or police, even black police officers) just because they were black (even when they were threatening the safety of the police and the public). They, however, won't protest the vastly greater number of blacks who are killed by other blacks (often for no discernable reason) on a daily basis. If they REALLY cared about black lives, they would protest (not riot) about all blacks who were killed without a good reason, not just a few who are killed by cops and whites (or others they say are white).
I agree, that is why I go back to ALL lives matter! Until we stop sorting by skin color, we will never get past this Feces! You are correct about selective focus on deaths only including the few (of sadly many) that are killed by Police Officers. Shooting in the back, just because she was a cop, is the worst example of a ignorant cowardly murderer!
I totally agree that those who put themselves at risk to protect those they do not even know, are the very best we have!
Rioting to pillage and burn is the same mentality that used to give us pirates! So I too hold them in contempt!

That was kind of the point of the post, she was murdered for being a Police Officer; but the Local A$$HOLES preempted her story by claiming she was racist!
First of all, I disagree 100% that there was a racial component to her Murder! She was killed, because the last POTUS put a target on every Police Officer's backs by policy and direct verbal attacks!
The fact is that this Girl was murdered for the crime of helping protect others! If you stacked 50 of the evil people that murdered her, they would not be equal to this single loss!
Years ago, a Highway Patrolman was shot by some criminals, and was down. Instead of leaving, they were walking up on this officer to finish him off. A passing Red Neck saw what was happening, and drove past and stopped 150 yards away. He got out, took a scoped 30-06 and killed buth criminals.
They asked him why, he said where he comes from you respect the Lawman. They asked him why he stopped way down the road, and he said I have a scoped rifle, and they had a pistol, and there was time, before they got to the Officer.
He stopped the bleeding and called in an officer down! They gave him an award, and the downed Officer was able to present it! After all, he saved them two trials....

And these ignorant fools don't even know how disgusting they actually are!
Their statements are totally uncalled for, and have nothing to do with this tragedy!
Any decent media outlet would ignore these idiots, and report the real story!
