Today I got an email update from Republic, a sight that offers some crypto ICOs and other investing opportunities for companies they sponsor. The company featured today is completely asinine. Company Nori launched with the following description:
Nori incentivizes people to help the environment.
With NORI token, people will be rewarded for removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
Here is the stupid part they go on the explain:
Most carbon markets try to fight climate change by reducing CO2 pollution, but Nori wants to remove it altogether.
I've watched a couple of documentaries lately and the whole CO2 push is bunk.

Why don't you delete and make this a post...so that many more see it. After all, I made my post in reaction to a woman on Steemit who made a post warning us that the UN says we have 10 years left. She was not willing to listen to an opinion that does not agree with hers and told me I am insulting (I guess I might have been rather impatient of her nonsense), even though I mostly suggested she research the subject and listen to what real scientists have to say...
