@nickgrujic, I hate it when I sound like a complete idiot here, especially when for the most part I agree with almost everything.
The "Impeachment Inquiry" is not a trial. it is kind of like a congressional grand jury that is there to find of there are enough evidence to warrant a trial.
The 5th amendment was gutted by the polite Pres. Obama and not one single person took note. If the HR wants to proceed with "Impeachment" then indeed it must be done openly with all evidence presented to both Prosecution and Defense.
My own personal opinion is such that I really can't put it out there since it is extremely prejudicial towards pres. drumpf, and should have been done long ago. Closest thing to the 3rd or 4th Reich is the way Israel is behaving. Subject for a different time.
