That's a really good message and i agree with with you. Assume that people have the best intentions and that they are not trying to be an asshole. I especially like it when you read comments on social media and people are seriously offended by other people being offended. Or people telling other people to mind their own business on social media. The irony is too much sometimes. If you circling all of the options is a true story at the doctors then that is hilarious. I'd like to hear what they had to say privately when they got the form back. "It appears that this person gives no shits" hahaha.
I spoke with a couple of them about it. The young female (she didn't tell me how she identifies) may not have been amused. The person that drew my blood thought it was great. She told me that she moved here recently with her husband from Oklahoma and she took a photo of that form to show her husband. She told them she wasn't going to do that and they took her and had a meeting in an office about it. I told her I also considered in the future making up a different one for each visit under the OTHER section where they ask you to share. :)
Hmm I wonder what they said to her in the meeting? That might be funny to make up a new one each time. Lol
