China Scolds Trump: "THE FOOL BUILDS WALLS"

That's thick. Now, again, who was it who built the Great Wall?

Without any reflection on the irony, Western MSM reported this statement regarding Trump's trade war policy from an official Chinese press agency yesterday, 17 June 2018:

The wise man builds bridges, the fool builds walls. With economic globalisation there are no secluded and isolated islands.

You can depend on Western MSM media berating and deriding Trump at every shameless opportunity. But was it lost on the Chinese too?

Putting fuel on the fire of an ongoing trade "row" (b/c allegedly, it's not a war), Trump and China upped the ante with new 12.5 billion USD tariffs against each other on 15 June 2018. Today 18 June 2018, following the insult, Trump threatened an additional 10 billion USD in tariffs if China follows through with her announced 12.5 billion USD tit-for-tat tariffs.

Western MSM are TRUMPeting the usual note. The BBC spin, for example, is that Trump shows himself again psychotic and irresponsible (as though he could be responsible for his actions when he's supposedly out of his mind) and that he has caused and will cause more damage to the stock market (oh, and the economy - that's a secondary concern) by his tariffs and rhetoric. Furthermore, whilst casting doubt on whether Trump is justified in his criticisms regarding China's unfair trade practices, the media suggest retaliatory efforts to get China to behave fairly must certainly backfire so Trump should drop the issue. A trade war, they say, looms. Allegedly the trade war hasn't already been going on for the past few decades. They may be correct in that, because a war can hardly be called a war when the other side isn't putting up a fight.

The Guardian reports opinion out of China and what do you know? The Western MSM position is the same as that of Chinese state-run media. Are Western MSM and governments still outsourcing to China? Meanwhile, they are exclaiming the treachery or naivite of Russia "apologists." How long will it take for the intellectual media class to catch on? They are the "useful idiots."
