No, it's still a rape tweet and he's still an ass. The implication behind the statement he made is that he WOULD rape someone else. Don't get me wrong, he has the right to say whatever he wants as far as I'm concerned and Orwellian laws against so-called "hate speech" or enforcing someone's idea of "political correctness" are horrible. I just don't understand why the media is even taking him seriously in any respect. They should just be ignoring him.
