Sweden distributes 'be prepared for war' leaflet to all 4.8m homes for first time since 1943

The Swedish government has begun sending all 4.8m of the country’s households a public information leaflet telling the population, for the first time in more than half a century, what to do in the event of a war.

Similar leaflets were distributed in 1943 during World War 2.

According to mainstream media the leaflet comes out as the debate has intensified in Sweden as they might possibly join Nato, and fears of recent Russian incursions into Swedish airspace and territorial waters.

Some might even speculate it has something to do with the migrant crisis. For Sweden I think the most realistic scenario is internal conflict, not Russia. But one must also realize that they can use made up or semi-realistic threats externally, to "cover" up the real conflict.

So let's say the problems with gangs and immigrants has gone too far, and they have to shut down certain parts of cities, send in the military etc. It would be "better" for the state if they could keep ranting on about how this is becuase of Russia or nazis. What they are saying with this leaflet is that Sweeden is under threat, which of course scares people. It overshadows the real problems they have (internal racial and ethnical conflict) and then points to some hypothetical unrealistic scenario like Russia attacking Sweden.

Now once the military have to shut down a city or society starts to collapse as a whole, people will not be that preoccupied with WHY. But they DO remember that leaflet they got in 2018..And then they start preparing like busy little ants - instead of thinking about what is really going on, what is the reason.

This is IMO just another step in the brainwashing of the Swedish people.
