LOL I think this bickering has long become pointless, everyone wants their bread buttered on both sides with these forks. Yes BCH and ETH set the tone for forks, dropped for everyone and let the market decide but other chain owners yes because in POS and DPOS their are owners no matter what you want to call it can do what they want and move on with their ledger and code base.

I honestly think this is more of a distraction on improving a tool that could be worth more than whatever was "stolen" and to rather focus on beating each other on the playing field than this legal and PR are battles, its lame!
