Housing: This Time Is Not Like Anything Before
We all remember 2008 and the real estate bubble pop... and the reinflation.
Many real estate investors are now talking about the coming recession and real estate price collapse.
However, i have seen none of them calling to "Run for the hills".
But, that is what should be done today.
Several things are happening that have never happened before... and it's all at once:
- Higher interest rates (even if the FED decreases rates)
- Mortgages becoming scarce. (as banks become more picky and/or fold from the economic collapse)
- Boomers dying off (houses being dumped on the market)
- VAXXXed dying off (this in itself will make houses be as easy as moving into an empty one you find.)
But none of those are the big ones:
- Ice-age - Your home needs to be highly insulated
- Heating Fuel Shortage - and you home needs to be passive solar heated
- Food Shortage - and the south side of your home needs to be a greenhouse.
Even at free, many people will not be able to afford an old, poorly insulated house.
The Direction of the Housing Market
The housing market will not fall off a cliff (unless a natural disaster also happens)
But large cities will become more and more like Detroit.
The only people staying being those who rely on welfare, and leftists.
The neighborhoods will continue to disintegrate as more crime and human faeces build up.
Houses will take longer and longer to sell.
And, if you are a land lord, you may find yourself unable to evict tenants to sell the house.
All while it becomes harder and harder for anyone to get a mortgage.
Basically, home prices will go past $0. It will cost to get rid of some places.
What Plans Can you Make?
Well, above all, you need a community.
People that will help you in defence, growing food, repairs, and such.
Then, build a house there.
A house that is well insulated, has as much passive solar heating (and cooling) as you can get AND has a greenhouse.
Soon, it will be
You Will Grow Your Own Food, in Your Own Greenhouse OR STARVE.
Soon, a VERY BIG liability.

You say, that you are a "value added service" but make no note of any value, nor addition.
Only in that it is free... which i highly doubt.
(it is probably true that it does not cost me any money, but that is not the same as free on this platform)
And a dubious link at the bottom.

What specifically about the link do you find dubious, after all, the link is an open source project in and of itself, and has been audited by hundreds of people.
We've got lots of information on the subject, the system is legit, it is free, the reason why its free is it costs you idle votes (that means if you completely dont use your account, it will prevent vote wastage by triggering idle votes, those votes all get compensated with by votes, it will first compensate users before it shares whats left).
It will never vote on your account if you use your account, the idea is that when you want a vote boost, you leave your account idle and let the bot vote for you and you will get voted back in return when you're available to use your account.
The overunity of votes on the system is shared equally among all members.
What that means is you never cast votes you dont get compensated for, you don't need to vote anybody to enjoy the free service, and it treats everybody who's a member equally.
You can also join by assigning posting auth to @minnowschool using a wallet or steemworld, if you don't feel like the open source signup application is good enough.

This is code for, "it is not legit" and buyer should beware.

So, this is not for me.
But i hope your system is working for all the tiny people. It is difficult to get above 2¢ minimum payout from a tiny start.
