Derecho informático
Se dice que el derecho informático es un área del derecho que se encarga de la regulación jurídica de las nuevas tecnologías. pero este concepto se queda corto y carece de significado, si nos adentramos al mundo de la sociedad moderna, tecnológica y la era digital, donde la Internet se ha convertido en un infinito medio para realizar todo tipo de actividades, algunas licitas y otras ilícitas.
Es tan infinito el uso que se le puede dar a la Internet, que ya no es descabellado el pensar en que pueda existir (o quizás ya se este madurando), una manera de establecer reglas legales de carácter internacional frente a las actividades que se puedan realizar en la Internet.
Hasta el momento, existen iniciativas nacidas al interior de algunos países que han tratado de regular las actividades que se pueden realizar en ese país. Pero, solo en su país, pues no podemos olvidar que la Internet es Global, esta por encima de los países, no conoce fronteras, es infinita e incontrolable. Sin embargo este esfuerzo de estos países genera experiencias que sumadas entre ellas van llenando el libro de las reglas que en un futuro podrían ser universales.
En adelante, tocare diferentes temáticas donde abordare el tema de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación y el derecho.
Computer law
It is said that computer law is an area of law that is responsible for the legal regulation of new technologies. But this concept falls short and lacks meaning, if we enter the world of modern, technological society and the digital age, where the Internet has become an infinite medium for carrying out all kinds of activities, some legal and others illegal.
The use that can be given to the Internet is so infinite, that it is no longer unreasonable to think that it may exist (or perhaps it is already maturing), a way to establish international legal rules against the activities that can be perform on the Internet.
So far, there are initiatives born within some countries that have tried to regulate the activities that can be carried out in that country. But, only in your country, because we cannot forget that the Internet is Global, it is above the countries, it knows no borders, it is infinite and uncontrollable. However, this effort by these countries generates experiences that, together with each other, fill the book of rules that in the future could be universal.
From now on, I will touch on different topics where I will address the subject of information and communication technologies and law.

Es interesante ese tema ya que nosotros como Criptousuarios a veces no sabemos que herramientas legales están a la mano para el tema de las Criptomonedas y como volver su uso cotidiano de forma legal y no incurrir en "lavado de dinero".
