Do you know what? Someone most likely look up to you. If you are a parent, you have kids looking up to you. If you are surrounded with kids in some other way, there are people looking up to you. If you don't feel as if anyone is looking up to you, all you have to do is to give someone some attention, and they will start to look up to you.

There are so many opportunities given to us, and John Maxwell always says that one of his goals is to add value to the lives of the people around him. And in the moment you start to add value to others, you will quickly be aware of the fact that people will look up to you and they will feel happy and comfortable around you. What do you do about that?

Start to add value to others...

It is simply about giving. Don't keep goodness to yourself. Instead, call someone, share a good word with someone, start encouraging the people around you, and you will start to be an influencer... someone influencing with positivity. It will give you a lot, because giving to others is actually giving to yourself!
