Yeah for some countries this makes total sense... I'm really angry right now. I called up the hospital and I can't go there because I need to see a doctor first. The doctor has to give me a document that says I should go to the hospital. I need a simple wound dressing! And they're not allowed to give it to me? What the fuck, it's insane!
