13 years of the disaster has passed, but the history that devastated Aceh on December 26, 2004 it became a memories that still haunt us, as no where, Tsunami is the biggest disaster in the history of the World that killed hundreds of thousands of people.

Many people lost and did not know where their bodies were brought by big waves of sea water at that time, with only a matter of minutes, the capital of Aceh was destroyed and became a sea of ​​corpses.

After the disaster, people trying to help the living and vaccinating bodies that were stranded on the banks of the river kruen Cut, Lamnyong, Peunayong and some other places.

Now the tragedy is a story to be remembered by praying to the creator not to repeat it again.

Every December 26, the people of Aceh commemorate praying for the hundreds of thousands of people who have died at that time, the venue is diverse and mostly took place in a seputaran mass grave located in Ulee Lheue, Meuraxa Sub-district of Banda Aceh City.

13 tahun bencana itu telah berlalu, namun sejarah yang meluluhlantakkan Aceh pada 26 Desember 2004 itu menjadi kenangan yang masih menghantui kita, bagai mana tidak, Tsunami adalah bencana terbesar dalam sejarah di Dunia yang menewaskan ratusan ribu manusia.

Banyak orang yang hilang dan tidak tau entah kemana jasadnya dibawa oleh ombak besar air laut pada waktu itu, hanya dengan hitungan menit, Ibu Kota Aceh itu hancur lebur dan jadi lautan mayat.

Setelah bencana itu, orang yang berusaha menolong orang yang masih hidup dan mengvakuasi jenazah yang terdampar di pinggir sungai kruen Cut, Lamnyong, Peunayong dan beberapa tempat lain.

Sekarang tragedi itu menjadi kisah untuk dikenang dengan mendoakan kepada sang pencipta agar tidak terulangi lagi.

Setiap 26 Desember rakyat Aceh memperingati seraya mendoakan ratusan ribu manusia yang telah meninggal pada waktu itu, tempatnyapun beragam dan kebanyakan mengambil tempat di seputaran kuburan massal yang terletak di Ulee Lheue, Kecamatan Meuraxa kota Banda Aceh.

Untuk mengenang masa lalu yang suram, mari sama-sama kita kirimkan doa untuk korban Tsunami yang telah lama meninggalkan kita.
