Hello everyone!
I am a 37 year old Indonesian, has been living in Calabria for 2 years now. After more than 15 years working in Film Production in Indonesia, I decided to continue my study for a Laurea Magistrale (Master Degree) program in Universita della Calabria (University of Calabria) in Umanistici (Humanity), in DAMS Cinema, Fotografia e Performance. I have one class left to be done and now excited to start writing on my thesis.
There is no other picture that can represent me better than this one. I was in Vermeer Centrum Delft, in Delft, Holland, --looking for Vermeer, and hoping to take a selfie with him. Apparently I was a little bit late, there were copies of his masterpieces on display though, an amazing gift shop and a very cozy cafe.
As you can see in the picture, the girl with the pearl earring definitely looking sophisticated, beautiful and elegant, even in a new contemporary form of ceramic printed mozaic style, making it doesn't matter anymore if she actually was going away from Vermeer or she was just turning her head to him. She is just that gorgeous anyway.
While that other woman sitting below her, was just about to drop mostly everything she touches that day. Sloppy in a high level like swinging in the chandelier with Sia. I wore all vintage that day, means secondhand dress, boot, necklace, but a pot of fresh sunflower and a very new book by Tracy Chevalier. It was one of the last days of my staying in Holland for a summer break, and the friend that took this candid picture of me here introduced me with Steemit.
And here I am, a very curious, passionate Indonesian woman, -sloppy sometimes-, just can't wait to share with you everything I read, watch, see, find, everything inbetween. I hope you will enjoy my posts here, and please don't hesitate to send me a message, give me some tips, you know, how to stay alive around here.
