Selamat pagi, Puisi
Pagi ini aku membaca tubuhmu
Wajahmu mulai kusut
Tergambar jelas garis kerutan
Mulai membuat jejak zaman
Mata yang rabun
Rambut memutih jarang
Mulai memberi ruang
Untuk segala peristiwa lama
Datang bertegur sapa.

Selamat pagi, Puisi
Secangkir kopi hitam
Menawarkan rasa pahit pagi ini
Asapnya menggenangi langit
Baunya menyerbak pada kata-katamu
Kulitmu yang kusam
Membuat jeda-jeda kosong
Waktu menghapus segala ingatan
Yang tersebak samar bayangan

Pagi ini, Puisi
Aku tak akan masuk dalam penjaramu
Telah kueja aksaramu satu-satu
Sebelum kurasuk dalam-dalam
Sebelum kukoyak kabut penistaan
Sebelum kuceraikan logika tak bertuhan
Sebelum engkau menjadi pengecut
Dan mengubur semua harapan

Aku harus mencintaimu, Puisi
Sebab pagi ini, umur panjangmu
Akan kusudahi.

This morning I read your body
Your face starts to tangle
Clearly drawn lines of wrinkles
Start making traces of the times
Eyes that are shortsighted
White hair is rare
Start giving space
For all the old events
Come to say hello.

A cup of black coffee
Offer a bitter taste this morning
The smoke flooded the sky
It smells in your words
Your skin is dull
Make empty pauses
Time to erase all memories
The guess is faint shadow

This morning, Poetry
I will not go in your jail
Have your acts one on one
Before I get in deep
Before I blew the mists of blasphemy
Before divorcing godless logic
Before you become a coward
And bury all hope

I have to love you, Poetry
Because this morning, your longevity
I'll fix it.
