Tempe and fried tofu are savory
Again bored ma know the usual fried tempe. So make a different ya. Let's cook ...
Ingredients
10 pieces of white tofu common to bacem (hard)
1 tempe board, cut into pieces
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp coriander powder
1.5 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1.5 liters of water
1 bay leaf
5 cm galangal
Step
1 Boiled tofu and tempeh. Grind the garlic. Enter in the stew earlier.
2 Add coriander, turmeric, salt, sugar, galangal and bay leaf.
3 Boil until water is reduced. Then drain.
4 Fry until done. Ready to be served.
