Remember you with the old song popularized by Ahmad Albar through the duo group of kribo in the late 1970s, titled stage theatrical world with the title album of the theatrical stage which is the third album of the duo group kribo, some lyrics that read; "The world is on stage, the story is easy to change ...,
Each of us can be a part, which we must play, there is a fair role and a role of pretense, ... the world is like a bridge of life ... ".
If we often read Al-Quran with translation, of course we have read the following verses;
The Word of Allah (SWT) means: "And there is no life of this world, other than jest and mere jokes, and indeed the home of the Hereafter is better for the righteous." Then do not you understand it? (Surah Al-An'Am verse 32)
The Word of Allah SWT which means:
"And no life of this world is a joke and playfulness, and verily the Hereafter is the true life, if they know." (Surah Al-Ankabut verse 64)
The Word of Allah (SWT) means: "The life of the world is but a play and a joke: and if ye believe and fear Allah, Allah will reward you and He will not ask for your treasures." (Surah Muhammad verse 36)
Allah has asserted in the Qur'an that life in the world is no more merely playful and mockery, it is like a role that is being played on stage, as good or as bad as any of the roles we get will end, but why are humans so eager for the world and so lazy for the afterlife? how long is the longest time of a performance? 1 hour, 2 hours, or 3 hours? and after that we will go back to each other's life and what we can? just pseudo fun!
Are we still deceived and deluded by the temporal pleasures of this temporally pursuing world of matter and accumulating treasures while eternal eternal homes and the lives we actually neglect even without realizing we have forgotten that there will be life after death to account for the deeds of the world.
Whereas the Messenger of Allah had said "that the intelligent is the one who remembers death and prepares for death" can we conclude; an academic or an expert in a certain field can not be said to be a smart person if he was just busy thinking and trying for his world without preparing supplies for akhiratnya.
In Surah Al Mu'minuun verse 112 - 114, in the Hereafter when man is confronted with God there is dialogue; "God asks: How many years have you lived on earth?".
"They say: We dwell in the earth a day or half day, so ask those who count."
"Allah says: You do not stay on earth but for a moment, if you really know."
Are we still swept away by the frenzied world with all its jewels? be aware of friends as the soul is conceived by the body back, pursue the afterlife that you have ignored, realize that the world is just a shelter, just like a weary traveler who stops at the restaurant, when they are full and refreshed they must continue their journey to their destination. And verily the Hereafter is the true life, if they know.
do not be a worshiper of the world. When the world:
goes away he feels a loss, when the world comes he forgets himself.
