Recipe Asam Keueung Culinary Typical Aceh

This culinary is very typical for the people of Aceh is called ASAM KEUEUNG culinary is not the same as other areas where the sour taste generated from ASAM SUNTI. Material :
- 1 Fish according to taste (patin, cob, GT, tuna etc).
- 1 tablespoon salt.
- 1 orange juice, squeeze the water.
Grounded spice:
- 3 pieces of red pepper.
- 10 pieces of green cayenne pepper.
- 7 cloves of red onion.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 2 segment of turmeric finger.
- 1 teaspoon coriander.
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder.
- 4 Asam Sunti, acid from star fruit wuluh in dry.
Other spices:
- 5 fruit starfruit, cut.
- 1/2 tablespoon salt.
- 1 teaspoon of powdered broth.
- Water.
- 2 tablespoons oil for sauteing.
- 1 1 dried lemongrass.
- 2 lime leaves.
How to make:
- Prepare the fish Clean wash.
- Give 1 tablespoon of salt and lime juice.
- Spread the surface of the fish with salt and orange juice, let stand for 15 minutes.
- Then wash thoroughly, drain.
- Saute the finer spices until fragrant.
- Enter the fish, Add water, Asam Sunti, belimbing wuluh, lemongrass and lime leaves salt and powdered broth. Stir well.
- Cover the pan and cook over low heat until the fish is cooked and the sauce thickens. Happy cooking.
