Wild well evolved creatures found in the woods of Valmiki Tiger Reserve are Tiger, Sloth bear, Leopard, Wild canine, Bison, Wild hog and so on. A few types of deer and impalas viz yapping deer, spotted deer, hoard deer, sambar and blue bull are additionally viewed as here. In Madanpur backwoods block enormous number of Indian flying foxes can be located. The Reserve has rich avi-fauna variety. More than 250 types of birds have been accounted for.
