#2 Pharmacology : Hepatotoxic drugs

Drugs that can cause hepatotoxicity and hepatic necrosis and renal tubular necrosis are as follows:
Paracetamol
Halothene
Phenytoin
Pyrazinamide
Chlorpromazine
INH

The liver losts its original shape and gets fibrosis and necrosis.
Glutathione depletion occurs..
Acute paracetamol poisoning results.
