President's Africa visit.
The president of India,shri Ram Nath Kovind ,addressed the academic and students community at Addis Abba university,the oldest university in Ethiopia.president said that cooperation in education has been the fulcrum of Indian engagement with Ethiopia.Indian teachers have contributed a lot in education sector of Ethtopia.2,000 Indian faculty members are contributing to teaching and to academic research in Ethopian universities.They come on fully -funded scholarships to carry out research or get a higher degree for African student in India.The first lady and nine members in cabinet have studied in India.pan-African-e-Network project a milestone in education and capacity building collaboration between African countries.Both are young Nation :India 35 years average and Ehiopia 25 years average age.The relation between both nations are more like a Marathon rather than Sprint.
