Then we got to get my power station because I forgot it at the hostel. From there i went to the bus station to go to Pune. It was a normal seater bus and I sat in the front. It took us around 4 hours to get to Pune.

Once I reached wrote the brother(Rohit) of an Indian collegue from Germany, to get me. Before he got there I had a nature calling and really needed a toilet luckily I've been waiting in front of a cafe. So I went inside and asked for the toilet and got in as quick as possible, hahah. At some point the guys from the cafe turned off the lights or maybe it was just a electric power blackout for a short time which makes more sense. So Rohit came with the car his wife Manisha was also with him.
We meet up with one guy from the Osho Meditation Center. He's been more then once to the meditation center and was telling me to check it and see for myself.

I booked a night in the hotel beside the resort, because it is really expensive in the resort itself. Then said goodbye to the others and went to my room and got some good sleep. See the picture below of my room.

The next morning I got up around 11 am so a bit too late but still ok tho. I got some breakfast in the italian restaurant (just in case you go there and have stay in the hotel you'll get a discount in the restaurant of 20-25 % but no one told me that at first..) and then went to register myself for the Osho International Meditation Resort. One is not allowed to do photos inside the resort so just take a look here on there homepage -

After registration and booking a 5 day Meditation course I had to get two robes, one maroon and the other white coloured. For meditation you normally wear the maroon one, except for the evening meditation there you have to wear the white one.

I joined the first meditation which was called Osho Kundalini Meditation, where you start the first stage by kinda shaking you whole body but not with force you had to allow the shaking. It was kinda funny and strange at first but after a while you don't think about it so much any more. Other stages were about dancing and then sitting down and laying down, that took 1 hour. I felt good after it, I saw some videos on Bioenergetics that was basically it for me, for those who don't know what that is, it about the connection between your body and your mind. How they relate to each other so maybe it's not a good example but lets go.

You have a mental problem which is maybe low self esteem or self worth and that manifests in your body the muscular system gets really tense in some areas and are not relaxed at all because your mind is also not at ease with itself. That also may be a reason for backpain, headache and migraine and so on.

So when you are now starting martial arts or going to the gym working out or do active meditation you train your body but also your mind. You learn more self worth or maybe getting more self esteem because you see what you are able to do with your body. It's also about moving the tense muscles so they loosen up which helps your mind to relax to.

I think there are many things that combine here so its hard to explain for me.. I hope you get the grasp of it.

I was really surprised at first because you had to move you body in meditation. I have never heard of it before.
So the meditation there were more about being active in the beginning then calming down in the end, feeling into your body and see what it does after you moved, shaked, danced, shouting, humming or any other thing with open or closed eyes depending on the meditation you've joined.

My favorite meditation is called Osho Nadabrahma Meditation. In the first stage you have to hum for half an hour, so you hum always while you're breathing out. Second stage was about moving your hands from your belly/naval in an outward circular motion with palm up and you do that until the music changes. After that you turn your palms around moving backwards in a circular motion to

collect the "energy". And I swear at one point I started to feel something. It felt like if I had two magents in my palm I cannot describe it any better.
We had to really slow down the circular motion so that for others it would look like you're not moving at all.

And I joined in for Osho, Dynamic Meditation, Kundalini Meditation, Evening Meeting, Vipassana Meditation, Nadabrahma Meditation, Chakra Breathing Meditation. I managed to join for 4-7 Meditations a day plus other activities like Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Zen Archery or Silent Sitting.

It's definitely worth a visit to see which limitations you set yourself and with which things you're uncomfortable with. It's like being drunk when you're not. haha
You've got to try it yourself. For me it was definitely relaxing and fun meeting all these other people and wearing robes, eating, talking and meditating together. Just like in a monastic society.

This post includes the 6 days I spent in Pune doing the meditation in the center. There is so much and some things cannot be really describe and I may have forgotten some already. I hope you enjoyed the read.
