Reason for Google Global outage - OOM

Google said they had storage issue that lead to the login API glitch.
Users were not able to login as the Google server was unable to authenticate them as Login API was not working due to OUT OF MEMORY Issue

However some users reported that they were able to browse using incognito mode of the browser .
This was because while using Incognito mode , user is always in Non-signed in mode. As we know that Youtube services can be used for browsing without sign-in as well so Youtube was working some limited functions like browsing in incognito mode when all the other services of google were not working on 14 december 5:35PM India Timing
