Regarding Today's(20/07/2018) Hearing from Supreme Court
Limited Arguments Were Advanced On Behalf of IAMAI and RBI Today. Since SEBI (The Securities and Exchange Board of India) and Few Others Have Not Filed Their Response to the Petition Seeking Regulation , So the Court Directed For Completion of Pleadings.
All Remaining Parties Will File Thier Reply Within 4 Weeks.
Final Date of Hearing is 11th September.
CONCLUSION
As expected The RBI is trying to delay the proceedings as they have no points to prove.This is the harsh reality of indian system.In the end only the crypto traders have to suffer due to this lethargic attitude.
However I am Very Much Positive, That The Next Outcome of Hearing Will Be "Regulation of Cryptocurrencies in India."
Crypto is the future.Lets fight together during these tough times and stay strong.
Also we are going to see a BTC rally soon.Stay tuned !!

Yes you're right they have no points to prove. They just taken all these steps without researching what is crypto currency over all.
