My experience working at WeWork - Shared Office Space - From Corporate America to a FUN Startup Environment

I tell people I work from home because WeWork is my home away from home ;)

A couple months ago I switched jobs and found myself in a WeWork - - shared office space. Coming from a corporate environment , I did not have much to compare to. I dreaded my last office because of how boring and corporate the atmosphere was. Everyone dressed up as if it was their brothers wedding and walked around as if they planned it. This type of competition is for losers, not for me.

WeWork is more than just shared office space, it is a community. Hundreds of companies joined together sharing the same amenities and celebrating at the same events. This environment was perfect for me because I had a plethora of different types of individuals that I was able to socialize with. The office has a resort-like feel making you more comfortable than home. When I wake up in the morning, I not only look forward to my job, but I really look forward to the office. My real home is WeWork and my "Coworkers" are friends not Co workers.

Everyone collaborates ideas together on their free time and EVERYONE gets along.
