Welcome to this post. I hope that all of you will be good and enjoying the time with the grace and blessings of Almighty Allah. Today, I am going to be a part of the week 5 contest in Incredible India community. The topic is My Ways to Overcome the Stress. So, let's start the discussion without any wastage of time.

What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress?


Stress is a very common issue that we face in our daily life. Our lives are becoming so much busy and machined so that we cannot find time to pay attention towards our mental health while it is very important for the proper functioning of our every task. If our mental health is disturbed than we cannot perform any task with precision.

So we should have to maintain ourselves during the time of stress so that our mental health could be maintained and we do not have to face any serious issue regarding the mental health. There are a few things that I mostly used to do during the time of stress.

  • Prayer and Seeking Forgiveness:

The most important way to maintain myself during the time of stress is that I pay attention towards offering the prayer and seeking forgiveness from Almighty Allah. It is the most freshing activity in our daily lives. I pray to Almighty Allah to avoid me from the severe issues that are often times produced by the stress and mental health.

  • Visiting Nature:

Another important thing that I usually to during the time of stress is that I went to the Green Fields or the parks to see the natural beauty and refresh my mind. It is a very beneficial activity for our health because green colour is a source of mental peace and relaxation.

One of the most important thing that could be done during the time of stress is to spend some time with our near and dear ones. My friends are the great blessing of Almighty Allah and they are the source of happiness for me and also maintain my mental health during the time of address.


Give three main reasons behind our stress?


There are many causes of stress in our daily lives. There are many people that took stress of minor issues but we should not have to do this because it can badly affect our mental health. Some common reasons behind the stress are as follow.

  • Over Work Load:

The most common reason behind the stress is the overload of the work. When we have shortage of time and still we have to manage a lot of task at the same time then it may lead to stress and we cannot perform well in any of the task.

  • Emotional Stress:

Another time important type of stress is the emotional stress. It is the condition when we let our emotions to control our mental health and we got stress. These emotional issues could be due to our relationships, our friendships or due to the behavioral issues.

  • Over Use of Technology:

Sometimes the over use of technology and social media can also lead to the stress. When we spend hours and days by sticking to the screens of our laptop for mobile phones, this my also lead to stress and may cause some serious issues to the mental health.


Do you think now we should take this problem seriously? If so, then describe why?


As I have already mentioned that the stress could leave to some serious health issues regarding to our minds and behaviours. There are many situations in our daily life when we took stress of the minor issues or mistakes. But we should have to keep calm during fact situation so that our mental health could not be disturbed.

Mostly the stress and anxiety are for short terms but in some cases the stress and anxiety become prolonged and we should have to consult our doctor in order to prevent it. Consulting a doctor is very much important due to prolonged the stress as we cannot perform any task with perfection if we have stress or anxiety.
