amazing trip to golden temple amritsar

it was really nice and unforgettable trip for me to visit city of golden temple amritsar. i visited the same place long time ago but i was shocked when i visited this time because the area around 4 to 5 kilometer near golden temple is looked like a barcelona city. i really enjoyed it. watch the pictures i had captured.

after covering half an hour distance finally we had entered the golden temple. it was evening around 7 to 8 O`CLOCK view looks amazing that you can see in the images. it looks like heaven.

now let me explain you in brief regarding the history of harmandir sahib, amritsar was founded in 1577 by forth sikh guru Ram das ji and designed by fifth guru arjun dev ji. the harmandir sahib complex is also home to akaal takht. the akaal takht is seat of god`s temporal authority.

there are four enterance represent the four directions to get into the harmandir sahib also symbolise the openness of the Sikhs towards all people and religions. maharaja ranjit singh secured the punjab and from outside attack and covered the upper floor of the gurudwara with 750 kg of gold which gives it its unique appearance.

finally we spend our full night in gurudwara sahib and also take part jointly in the free community kitchen, in the morning we gotup early in the morning and got ready to leave and visited another places of amritsar like jallianwalabagh and wagah border.
