The updated XcelPay Wallet has incorporated many new and improved features while keeping crypto wallet users at focus . The features are user-friendly and are sure to change the way XcelPay Wallet users carry crypto transactions through the crypto Wallet.
The new and updated features of the XcelPay Wallet include:
XcelTrip https://www.xceltrip.com/ Bookings within XcelPay
XcelTrip is integrated into the XcelPay Wallet. XcelPay Wallet users will be able to browse XcelTrip from the XcelPay Wallet, and book trips, and pay for hotels and flights booking with crypto directly from the XcelPay Wallet app.
Users will be able to browse deals on a decentralised travel and booking platform https://www.xceltrip.com/- XcelTrip from within the XcelPay wallet. Just like browsing with any mobile browser. Users can choose hotels and continue to the payment information section from the XcelPay Wallet app, where the user will be shown a list of possible crypto payment options like BTC, BNB, ETH, XLD, BCH, SHIB, MATIC, APE, etc.
After choosing the medium of payment, XcelPay Wallet will present the user with payment details where users can authorise the transaction and make the payment, all without having to leave the XcelPay Wallet app. Once authenticated, the balance will be deducted from users’ XcelPay Wallet balance, and users will have their bookings!
With XcelPay Wallet, be ready to pay seamlessly for hotels and flight bookings via XcelTrip with the balance you have in XcelPay Wallet.. Travel and booking is made a straightforward process as the users are enabled to scan and validate addresses, no choosing the wrong amount, and no more switching wallets. Pay for hotels and flights with cryptos, directly from XcelPay Wallet app.
Updated Address Book
Users can use the updated address book to transfer crypto safely!The new address book lets users add individual addresses based on networks like BTC, ETH, Polygon, etc, making it easier to filter through wallet addresses when sending cryptos. With an updated address book users can also find the addresses they’re looking for based on the network currently selected.
We have also made it easier for users to save contacts on wallet address book. To make it easier to save contacts to the Address book, users can also long-press the + button on the app’s Address Book to save all active wallet addresses as individual contacts.
An Added Layer of Security
Authenticate transactions with Biometrics and PIN-Code! Secure your crypto transactions with XcelPay Wallet. For added security, if a user wants to send crypto from XcelPay, the new feature will prompt the user to authenticate the transaction with either PIN-Code or Biometrics. This authentication setting can be toggled by the user, as per their preference.
Go to :> Menu > Security > Ask for authentication to send crypto
Prevent any unauthorized access to your crypto-wallet with the XcelPay Wallet Auto-Lock Wallet feature.
If the user switches to another app or the app has been in the background for a while, XcelPay Wallet will lock automatically. The wallet will then ask the users to authenticate with their PIN-Code or Biometrics to unlock the wallet
The default time is set to 15 seconds of inactivity, but the users can choose a different setting as to when the app locks.
Go to : > Menu > Security > App Auto Lock
Add Custom Tokens XcelPay Wallet users can choose and add custom tokens to their wallet to track token price movements.Users can also add new tokens to their existing tokens list to receive that particular token with ease within our supported networks.
Custom tokens can be added by searching for the token from the list of available tokens or by entering the token’s contract address.
Go to : > Wallet > Manage Assets (top right) > + [Add token]
Manage Assets Visibility
With this new update, users have the option to hide or show tokens on the wallet screen, as per their desire. If a user does not hold any particular tokens or simply doesn’t want a token amount to be visible in the wallet at all times, they can set the token’s visibility to hidden.

XcelPay Wallet Web Extension
XcelPay Wallet is launching its own web browser extension feature connecting the XcelPay Wallet app and its features directly to users’ desktops/laptops.
With the XcelPay Wallet web browser extension, wallet users will be able to receive and send funds natively from the wallet extension. And the transactions will also sync automatically with users’ XcelPay Wallet mobile app, making it easier for users to engage in crypto transactions and keep track of their tokens.
