I loved your photographs! Unfortunately I do not have a family so open minded for such celebrations; I do not even have "vintage" photographs with which I can participate in the contest, but I love what you transmit through those images.
Of course, when I'm the head of the family, I'll be the first clown to paint the faces of the children hahahaha

Wow! we had the same wallpaper as you. It was very popular. Love the garbs. Proper 70's chic. The photos have kept pretty well.

My mother kept them for all these years. Otherwise I would not have any of those.
I lost most in the 9/11 mess.
I would have liked to have some photos from back then but nope not a single one. I have some from the 80's around here somewhere.

Great old photos..Some people keep them as treasures, others see them as boxes of stinky or moldy old junk and throw them away. The frustration is that most people do not feel a connection to the people or places in the photos. They probably cannot even identify their family member out of a group shot. But no matter what you do, please do not consider just throwing them away. Find a site where you can donate them where people who care about these kinds of things will find use for them.
I would never throw such wonderful memories away! Unfortunately I lost most of them but that’s another story

It’s amazing to look at so many awesome pictures. It feels that people become more familiar like that. Your Mom is Probably very proud of those first steps :)
Of course, my mother was proud, but the cat was not very happy about my steps
I could have participated in the previous one, bit I never had a picture of myself in the 90s, my father didn't indulge me and my brother.
