Al-farabi Muslim scientists are versatile
His full name is Abu Nasr Muhammad bin Muhammad bin
Tarkhan bin Uzlag al-Farabi, He was born in 870 AD in the village of Wasiji, Transoxiana. Since childhood, al Farabi was known as an intelligent child.
When he grew up, he moved to Baghdad and deepened various kinds of knowledge, including philosophy, logic, mathematics, political science, and music. Al-Farabi's figure was interesting.
the attention of other scientists in the Middle Ages. The reason is, he is known as one of the most qualified Muslim philosophers. The world also claimed it as the second master after Aristotle.
He was the first Islamic philosopher to attempt to confront, link and as far as possible harmonize classical Greek political philosophy with Islam and try to make it understandable in the context of revelation religions. Al-Farabi lived in an autonomous region under
the government of Sayf al Dawla and in the times
Abbasid dynasty government.
Al Farabi is considered as one of the thinkers
leading from the medieval era. During his life al Farabi worked a lot. Al-Farabi is known as the greatest Islamic philosopher with expertise in science, such as language, mathematics, logic,
manthiq and so on. If viewed from Science, al-Farabi's works can be reviewed into 6 parts:
Logic, mathematics, natural sciences, theology, political science and state, anthology.
