"Oh, hey! Have you heard about Steemit? No? I'm so excited about it! You should totally check it out. It's a place where you can blog about whatever you want, but when people like your posts, they 'upvote' them, and you gain a few pennies for your efforts. If you get a lot of attention, pennies can become dollars - it's all set up on the Steem blockchain."
"What?"
"You've never heard of a blockchain?"
"Oh, don't worry. I hadn't either, but it's a network of cryptocurrencies - sort of like a public record of trade of digital currencies like bitcoin and Steem. It works much like the global currency exchange, except it's all online and digital. You can invest physical currency, and even cash out just like the stock market! I use Steemit and post a lot to the Information Finding Challenge, which is a lot of fun."
"Huh? Oh, yeah, sorry. We call it @ifc for short. It's an online community, on Steemit and the Discord chat app, that hosts a series of challenges. Judges vote on the winners of each challenge, and there is some opportunity to roleplay, solve riddles, meet others in the community, and even earn Steem! You wanna check it out? Nice pitch, very energetic sounding, which it would have to be in an elevator that may stop at a floor in a moments notice. i think your hooked them, not just need to reel them in.
Awesome entry! You nailed all three topics in very successful manner. Unfortunately you have already won a round, so you're not eligible for this round. I'm not sure if you knew that or not.. I went back and read where you entered it and you said "for fun or bonus" and there was a bonus for this round though I'm not sure if those who have won a round or not are eligible for the bonus. I will ask iexplore about the bonus as this is his quest!
