"Despacito" (American Spanish: [despa'sito];English: "Slowly") is a single by Puerto Ricansinger Luis Fonsi featuring Puerto Rican rapper Daddy Yankeefrom Fonsi's upcoming studio album.On January 12, 2017,Universal Music Latinreleased "Despacito" and its music video, which shows both artists performing the song inLa Perlaneigh borhood of Old San Juan,Puerto Ricoand the local bar La Factoría. The song was written by Luis Fonsi,Erika Enderand Daddy Yankee, and was produced by Andrés Torres and Mauricio Rengifo.

As of October 2017, the five fastest videos to reach the one billion view mark are "Hello" (87 days), "Despacito" (97 days), "Shape of You" (97 days), "Mi Gente" (104 days) and "Sorry" (137 days).

The five fastest videos to reach two billion views are "Despacito" (154 days), "Shape of You" (188 days), "Sorry" (394 days), "See You Again" (515 days) and "Hello" (620 days)
