its the bitshares open ledger decentralized exchange that lets you send it SBD or STEEM and u can exchanmge it for bitcoin!
wow i should have realy bought more ICOs like that DICE ethroll ice man i shoulda bought that i was going to but i had ethereum wallet issues oh well
