Preferred way to keep fit
I was wondering how do people excercise other than going to the gym. I used to hike a lot but i just don't have the time anymore. I tried fitness videos but that takes so much will power to do,i don't exactly enjoy it. So now i'm thinking dance cardio or yoga maybe. Any fun ideas on how to workout?

Tony Hornton can be pretty good at motivation.

I like sport, do you? I play indoor soccer and that give me a lot of will power to do it. Choose something that you like and that help to keep you going.
