Update on NEO & ICX future of ETH?

When it comes to adoption, if NEO is China’s ETH, and ICX is south korea’s ETH, what does this mean for the future of ICX? I hear one in three South Korean adults invest in crypto... that is significantly more than the average country. Wouldn’t this mean ICX as a platform should explode in popularity the fastest? The dev team seems to know what they’re doing. So why isn’t this coin more popular? Speculation about its intrinsic value right now seems pretty weak. Thoughts?
