The market cap has grown too much for governmental bodies to ignore. It's unfortunate that this "wild west" of finance will start to see more regulations, but it may also bring new capital from users who want more regulations. Since governments issue currency, they will deffinantly crack down on users that manipualte their fiat currency, mostly on pulling out of crypto to fiat.
