What is omnity?
Omnity is a healing system of decentralized knowledge and self-organizing linking private document repositories at all levels (individuals, businesses, organizations and governments). The semantic connections in both sets of internal documents and external public data quality and rating are made by others around the world (see Figure 2). Omnity does not scratch the canvas; We collect and discover interconnects fairly massive collection of public and private documents automatically loaded via APIs and connectors hidden patterns and unexpectedly high value.

Omnity rapidly extracts otherwise hidden and high-value connections from the text within documents. First, Omnity mathematically articulates the structure of ideas and insights embedded within text, detecting then interconnecting these ideas from document to document. It is now obvious that Omnity is collecting, connecting, and protecting the world’s public documents across language, time, place, and document format, to form a globally cohesive, semantically-inter-connected public commons of high-quality, third-party vetted documents that no Government or natural disaster could destroy.
Omnity has spent the last four years developing, optimizing, and commercializing a means to inter-connect documents with shared meaning even when those documents do not reference one another. In particular, Omnity does not use meta-data for document interconnection, instead making connections between pairs of documents through their rare, shared words. Leveraging the structure of the English language, Omnity fuses two laws of linguistics. It is wonderful to know that OMNITY plans to develop integration frameworks for Dropbox, Microsoft SharePoint, and other popular document storage systems.
Mechanics of Token Sale
Omnity tokens are securities (investment contracts) being offered within the U.S. pursuant to 506(c) of Regulation D and outside the U.S. in reliance on Regulation S. Omnity tokens will be sold in multiple stages, with a private sale followed by a presale and then a public sale. In the United States, only accredited investors will be able to purchase Omnity tokens. Of funds raised, 74% will be allocated for Omnity’s operations (as per Figure 11); 15% in reserve, including use for the Early Adopter Program; 6% for employees, advisors, and partners; and 5% for founders.
Tokens will be distributed as follows:
