It is a very interesting project led by a fellow London based man Stephen Williams. Now what young Steve is doing here is producing a product for all sorts of investors both big and small to invest into his invoicing platform which is built on top of the Ethereum blockchain. It is going to use XBRL data to open the market up to businesses across the globe making it easy for them to obtain the cash flow finance needed to grow their businesses successfully.

There will be 36M coins up for crowdsale and a total of 53,252,000 coins.
Now the ICO may be found here http://populous.co/ico.html and the pre sale is on now until july 8th but it will end very soon as whales are pumping in as I type.
5 eth is the minimum for a 2% bonus
26.74 eth for 5%
53.47 eth for 10%
107 eth for 20% bonus
It is uncapped in that you may enter as much eth as you wish but WATCH OUT you must enter your eth at once to get the bonus.

http://populous.co/ whitepaper leads me to believe that the token will be traded in both an external token and an internal token where the internal token will be pegged 1:1 with the fiat currency for ease of use of platform for businesses, and the external "poken" will be at a different value (presumably a lot higher).

Now for the juicy part:
a) How much can you make?
b) What will it be worth?
c) Exchanges?
WELL...
a) The poken will be at least $1 and id reckon multiples of that on release.
b) Each token will cost you .0011 eth meaning at todays rate of $340 eth thats $0.374 a token. There will be 36M for the crowdsale plus bounty, research and dev tokens gives 4167200M circulating tokens meaning approx $15,600,000 market cap however this is at least going to hit 40M market cap and if the crypto world is going crazy in August when the token is expected to be released id imagie it will be in the many $100s of millions in market cap.
