Traditionally, information is relayed for public consumption through the press in a manner known as the traditional network. Due to the advancement in technologies such as the internet, mobile phones, and computer, our communication structure has changed to what we now call attention network. The traditional linear model of communication has passively changed to active non-linear communication as a result of this advancement in technology. A few huge web-based media platforms function to bring the voices of the people together in order to bring down dictatorship and corruption and so on. Economist (British weekly magazine) referred to these firms as BAADD which stands for Big, Anti-competitive, Addictive, and Destructive to Democracy. The BAADD firms present with some social problems such as biased information delivery and abuse, personal information leakage, personal information infringement, economic inequality due to exclusive distribution, digital addiction and so on and so forth. These are the problems that Every Media Platform (EMP) has come to solve.

EMP has developed a platform which is based on blockchain technology to remedy the problems with BAADD. In order to change the internet of information to the internet of value, EMP has put a pricing and compensation mechanism in place where content creators, users, and advertisers get to enjoy some benefits for using the platform. Content creators including reporter, power blogger, influencer, and general content producer will get rewarded for producing contents. This reward-based mechanism will also motivate the content creators to produce better and quality contents. Users will also receive a reward for showing their opinions on the contents they read and also through the distribution of the contents within the community. An advertisement is also done on the platform at a low fee without the involvement of a third party.

In Every Media blockchain platform, writing content, commenting, recommending, sharing and so on are saved on the blockchain and are issued according to a disclosed rule book which is managed within an autonomous control organization. This organization will be built based on Delegated Proof of stake (DPos) which will maintain the decentralized structure. Audit Committee, Advertisement Node Witness Organization, and Witness Organization are the autonomous control organizations on the Every Media blockchain platform.

In order to curb digital addiction, EMP will use the idea of idea of the Humane Technology Center to solve the problem but in a different way. The mechanism of BAADD media will be unbundled and re-bundled. The question is how will they achieve that? The main functions of the original social media will be broken down and a new platform will be created based on the creative idea and technology of DApp developers on the Every Media blockchain Platform. With this new media platform, users are guaranteed information control rights.
