TMONEY: A Progressive Ecosystem
A job is the best cure for poverty and that's why economic development and job creation has been my principal focus.
-Luther Strange
The traditional job systems are based on centralized platforms that have been in existence for a very long time. We live in a competitive market where finding jobs are not at all easy. Sometimes it is downright frustrating, discouraging and overwhelming. Although the unemployment rate has been recorded at its lowest levels in recent times, the job opportunities are becoming less and less. India has a high resource of highly qualified people, but still, the people are unable to find jobs according to their personal preferences. One important key to success is self-confidence and the other vital one is persistence and tenacity to try again and again until you achieve desired goals.
I believe we're making a mistake if we regard job creation and job safety as mutually exclusive or inherently in conflict; they can and they must go hand-in-hand. We must look for the win-win solutions that create more opportunity for everyone.
-Thomas E Perez
Our service sector is niche-oriented that needs a complete overhaul. The services are not up to the mark and have created an adverse impact on the market. Lack of transparency in transactions has led to severe problems between the provider and the user. The one thing that has not increased as per expectations is the wages or salary of an employee. Another thing is gender inequality. For every twenty men, there is only one working woman. The system needs to change for betterment so that we can look forward to a much better and progressive future. A great man has rightly said-
Global poverty is a complex web of interlinked problems. There is no one silver bullet that will solve global inequality. Multiple contributing factors must be tackled in parallel. Yes, education alone is unlikely to lead to employment without economic reform to address the demand side in much of the developing world.
-Adam Braun
We are in need of an ecosystem that is easy to navigate and can be used from any place in the world. In these modern and changing times global connectivity is very important. Another vital thing is developing and honing skills because a skilled workforce will increase job potentials. We need growth in the economic sector and hence a sustainable framework for employment and development is the need of today. I came across the following quote which in itself is self-explanatory-
We need to have a strong economy that can create employment opportunities and that can also produce the revenue that we need to defend our country at home and abroad.
-Bob Menendez
