Probably technically sound, but scared again about the security aspect

has got 330 million users and can definitely device a business model and go IPO and be very successful company

Other than raising quick money, I donot see a point especially since they have the option to go IPO and be very successful. Probably the thought it to ride the crypto wave for easy money
Or raise capital via a token in order not to dilute shares of the company (which would certainly happen with an IPO)
