SKYLLZ - Improve your skills!
Skyllz is a platform that is designed to essentially use the Skill Test to pay people for their work. It is a protocol based on blockchain designed to build a distributed, meritocratic, transparent and unified platform to evaluate, validate and enhance the positive human skills that are acquired, improved or applied in all applications.
Blockchain is a decentralized database that keeps records of digital transactions synchronized over the Internet and visible to anyone in the network. Blockchain networks can be private with restricted membership similar to an intranet, or public, such as the Internet, accessible to anyone in the world. When a digital transaction is carried out, it is grouped in a cryptographically protected block with other transactions that have occurred in the last period and have been sent to the entire network.
Skyllz Distributed Platform (SDP) is not an independent platform, but the addition to the successful Workkola project, whose objective was to replace obsolete Curriculum Vitae. Workkola has been working for 2 years and now has more than 17 thousand students and more than 1.5 thousand companies. It is an open source and distributed platform. By validating the skill through the use of automated portfolios created by touch applications applications or Stapps, SKYLLZ aims to bring the Transparent Human Skills Ecosystem to the forefront of business and people. Using the ability test to qualify a registered user on the platform, they will build a unique portfolio for each user.

To use this new and innovative ecosystem, you must have a Token Skyllz (SKT). SKTs are units of account that allow users to participate and obtain validations of their skills in any application of the ecosystem and act as a mode of exchange. The advance sale of these tokens will take place in the first quarter of 2018, while the regular sale will be open to the public between July and August. By the end of 2018, it is planned to launch a beta version of the platform, as well as a global update for Workkola. The full version of the Skyllz platform will be launched in 2020.
