4+ Reasons Why I Think Ternio is one of 2018's Best ICOs

Digital advertising is broken and the blockchain isn't solving this (yet).

70% of the $224b digital advertising industry is transacted programmatically. Think of programmatic advertising like high frequency trading on the stock market. When an advertiser like BMW wants to buy ads on Wall Street Journal, they don’t contact WSJ, but rather work through a series of middle men in the ad supply chain who buy/sell inventory programmatically. The problems are numerous.

Advertisers are pulling back budget because of the ongoing problems the industry cannot solve. Marc Pritchard, CMO of Proctor & Gamble has called the ad supply chain “murky at best, fraudulent at worst.”

Advertisers are getting poor results. $18b a year goes to ad fraud (domain spoofing or non-human traffic) and publishers aren't even getting paid until up to 4 months after delivering results. So as a publisher you're likely to either waste your money to fraud or not even get your money for 3-4 months. In addition, 50-60% of all advertising dollars goes to middle men. All in all, there is poor transparency up and down the supply chain with the supply chain taking a huge chunk of ad dollars.

Ternio has groundbreaking strategic partnerships and a team in place to hit the ground running. Many of the best partnerships in place have not yet been announced.

For starters, take a look at a few of their advisors: Mary Keane Dawson is the CEO of TRUTH. TRUTH is a blockchain only agency out of London and has partnered with Ternio.

Antti Pasila is the CEO of Kiosked. Kiosked is an ad platform that reaches 350mm unique users.

Patrik Sundberg is a former VP of Goldman Sachs who built their first agricultural trading desk.

David McGrath is CDO at Clubs Australia and former board member of the IAB.

In addition, Ternio is lining up more strategic partnerships with some of the biggest ad agencies in the world.

Ternio has already achieved 1.2 million transactions per second, and they're still improving upon that! You can't do that as an ERC20 token. This has numerous applications outside of digital advertising as well.

Ternio has the infrastructure, team, demand and community to become the de facto digital ad token.

Ternio is an infrastructure, not a Dapp. Would you rather own one car, or the highway that charges all the cars for driving on it? Infrastructure coins like ETH, NEO, ADA traditionally have the best returns.

Daniel Gouldman, the Ternio CEO, will be speaking at Dubai’s Innovation and Investment Summit as well as Mindshare’s global conference. Only Ternio, Google, and IBM were invited. Let that sink in. The team is constantly on the road, attending every blockchain conference that they have time for.

Ternio now requires an MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) after every initial conversation to secure that partner’s placement in our development queue. The demand is so high they are now having to whitelist companies.

Advertisers are clamoring for a solution and Ternio is primed to deliver. They are uniquely positioned to solve a myriad of problems facing digital advertising and do not have any competition at the time. Also consider the fact that Ternio's community is large and highly engaged. For these reasons, and many more, I fully believe that Ternio is primed to become one of 2018's most successful projects.
