I came across Docademic a number of days ago in an article, and then again on the Bitcoin talk forums before I decided to check it out myself. Since then I’ve done some looking into it and here is my review.
What is Docademic?
In a very summarized description, Docademic is a decentralized token that attempts to provide medical advice and services to it’s users. Consider checking out their whitepaper for more info.
Mentions and endorsements
A little research has shown that Docademic has been mentioned many times in a positive or neutral light, and very few (if any times) in a negative light. This includes an endorsement by John Mcafee, something they’re wearing as a badge of honor.
Now that does not mean that it’s defiantly legitimate, only that it’s probably good and that if it is a scam it’s very high profile.
My advise
1 Do your own research
2 Make your own decisions
3 Don’t trust random people on the internet

Docademic team is aggressive about its movement with talks with existing and future medical services. This project will soon be huge and successful.
Docademic is really aggresive to the point that what they were doing doesnt have any involvement on Docademic.. They just keep on having this and having that without any knowledge at all. this project is a BIG Mess!
Healthcare is a serious business and for them to be doing anything without any knowledge is a bad thing if it is true but if not then they have a future ahead of them. My problem with Docademic is how can I be so sure about their diagnosis? Even with AI technology, there are some cases that their users should be aware of.
I know but I still have hope with this project I know they can do good things. That's why I invested I see some potentials not like the other projects I've been. They just promise but don't work it out.
How can you say that they don't have any knowledge about what they are doing? I know Docademic team will make adjustment more. And in fact they have this so called Docademic APP built on top of the existing, patient data routing and AI assisted technologies soon to be blockchain enabled. With its simplicity of use It becomes the ultimate resource for anyone who needs orientation in a health-related issue — a one touch system that connects any patient with a Doctor through Video Telemedicine for free, from any country a user is located in. All patient information will be secured on a blockchain and represents a perfect On-Ramp to healthcare services on a blockchain. In comparison, other healthcare related blockchain projects don’t have an effective On-Ramp to healthcare services.

high volume doesn't determine if a project is worth to buy, especially an over hype cryptocurrency like MTC.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about docademic. MTC is a great project because it focuses on healthcare which is what we really need and also, It is useful for us. I think they are implementing the free medical service but I'm not sure if its active already. And They also listed on a great exchange. like kucoin, topbtc and latoken. I'm hoping they will provide a great amount of volume for mtc.
