Mark.space is a very interesting project and their website features a very professional and entertaining video which I highly recommend you check out here. This is a VR project, so you're banking on the success of the virtual reality industry, I think that VR will continue to explode as the future of video games but this project believes in VR being the future of the entire internet and business. 

Mark space is offering something which is unique, VR real estates. Their platform consists of units which are virtual spaces of 8x8 m2 which are themed residential, community, shopping and business. Instead of receiving tokens from the crowdsale you can get a unit in one of their virtual neighborhoods which will not be traded on any exchange and the price will not depend on the token.

Mark space is partnered with multiple successful companies, the ones that catch my eye is Land Rover and Jaguar these are certainly interesting partners for an ICO. The tokensale starts on January 23rd and the rate is $0.1 per 1 MRK.
