I bought in, which was a lot of hoops to jump through but I am pretty sure that price will rise when it hits exchanges due to the demand of all the people who did not want to follow all of the steps involved in the ico.
it looks like they may not hit their goal, they are still about 24% away from it with donations decreasing daily.
