ICO that The Gobe One rated 83.5% but under the radar US accepted

Hey, here is an ICO that “The Gobe One” (maybe the best ICO rating system out there) rated at 83.5%, but is very under the radar (rare). Anna, it’s very easy to sign up for and participate, you don’t have to have the Ethereum wallet (very rare). I just threw in on it....
